These Terms & Conditions govern the use of quovida.com, owned by Quovida S.R.L., Tax ID 353212024010, with registered office at Av. Arce No. 2799, Torre Multicine, 7th floor, La Paz, Bolivia. By using the site, you accept these terms.
1. Purpose
Quovida S.R.L. provides information about real estate crowdlending projects in Bolivia and offers a newsletter subscription channel. The site does not by itself constitute a public offering of securities or an investment recommendation.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of La Paz.
